What is my incoming e-mail server?
When you have an e-mail address from Domenia Norge AS you will receive your mail through our e-mail server
mail.domenia.no
What is my outgoing e-mail server?
When you send an e-mail from your computer, it will be sent by using the e-mail server from your internet supplier. This is why you will get information on the outgoing e-mail server you use from your internet supplier.

If your supplier is not listed, you will have to contact your supplier to get there outgoing e-mail server.
What is my username?
Your username is you full e-mail adress, for example: yourname@yourdomaine.no.
I would like to include my e-mail address into a new e-mail client, but I have forgotten my e-mail password.

Is it possible to read e-mails on the web?
By using webmail from Domenia Norge AS you can use your e-mail address from any computer as long as it is connected to the internet. You can find our webmail on webmail.domenia.no. Log in by using your e-mail address and password to read and send e-mails.
Why are people who send me an e-mail told that there e-mail server is blacklisted?
Domenia Norge AS use several spam filters to reduce the amount of spam to their e-mail clients. These lists are delivered by independent suppliers, and will blacklist a server that sends out huge amounts of e-mails. E-mails from this server can therefore not be received through Domenia Norge’s server. If someone tries to send you an e-mail and are told that the server is blacklisted, it will say in this e-mail how to temporarily cancel being blacklisted.
